Vegan Porkless Sweet Potato Breakfast Hash

Sweet Potato Hash with Plant Based Pork



  • 1 package of Porkless Mix
  • 2 thin slices of white onion, finely chopped 
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tbsp. cooking oil, separated
  • Pepper to taste (we used ½ tsp.)
  • 1 package of Porkless Mix
  • 1 cup of water
  • 3 cups mixed peppers & onions, chopped
  • 1-2 tsp. Turmeric Chicken Salt
  • 1 cup roasted sweet potatoes


  1. Pan fry onion and garlic with 1-2 tbsp. of oil until fragrant and translucent. Set aside.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, pour Porkless Mix. Add cooked onions & garlic, stir well.
  3. Add 1 cup of water and 1 tbsp. of oil. Mix until well combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  5. Heat 1 tbsp. of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add Porkless mix and use a spatula to separate. Cook ground Porkless mix until golden brown and slightly crispy. Set aside
  6. In the same pan, add 1 tbsp. of oil, 3 cups of peppers & onions, salt & pepper to taste, and 1-2 tsp. of Turmeric Salt. Cook until soft.
  7. Serve with fresh tomato and avocado. Garnish with fresh parsley.

To roast sweet potatoes:

  1. Cut 1-2 sweet potatoes into 1 inch cubes
  2. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with Original or Turmeric Chicken Salt
  3. Roast at 400F for 15-20 minutes until soft with slightly crispy edges.
