Plant-Based Chick'n
Sheet Pan Ratatouille
Ingredients Needed for Ratatouille:
- Purple Onion (1)
- Zucchini (2)
- Red Bell Pepper (1)
- Yellow Squash (2)
- Tomato (1-2)
How To Make Ratatouille:
- Chop veggies
- Drizzle with oil
- Season with fresh herbs and spices
- Top with Original Chicken Salt
- Bake at 425 for 20-25 min
How To Make Plant-Based Chick'n:
- Pour mix
- Add 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp Original Chicken Salt
- Shape into fillets
- In a separate bowl, combine 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 chopped sprig of rosemary and 1 tbsp of oil. Spread mixture on each side of Chick'n
- Cook on medium heat until golden brown
Garnish with your favorite herbs and sprinkle with Chicken Salt!
