Vegan BBQ Chick'n Burgers

  • ½ cup sliced white onions
  • 1-2 tsp. BBQ Chicken Salt
  • JADA Plant-Based Chick’n Mix
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp. oil (plus more for drizzle)
  • ½ tbsp. BBQ Chicken Salt
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper
  • ½ tsp. Liquid Smoke
  • 1-2 tbsp. BBQ Sauce
  • Burger Buns
  • Lettuce
  • Vegan Mayo seasoned with BBQ Chicken Salt

Step-By-Step Instructions:

  1. Drizzle oil in pan over medium heat
  2. Add onions and 1-2 tsp BBQ Chicken Salt
  3. Cook until soft and fragrant.
  4. Combine Chick’n Mix with remaining ingredients
  5. Shape into patties of your preferred size
  6. Drizzle oil in pan over medium heat
  7. Cook each side until golden brown
  8. Remove from heat and add BBQ Sauce (coat patties evenly)
  9. Layer burgers with bun, lettuce, patty, onions, and vegan mayo
