Spicy Street Tacos with Vegan Chick'n

Spice up your meal prep this week with these Spicy Street Tacos! Featuring our Plant-Based Chick'n.


  • JADA Chick’n Mix (1 box)
  • 1 ½ tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tomato
  • ½ white onion 
  • 1 jalapeno
  • ½ lime
  • Lime Chicken Salt (optional)
  • Sliced avocado
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • Flour or corn tortillas


  1. Stir Chick’n mix with seasonings into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Add water and oil, mix well.
  3. Set aside for 5-10 minutes then shape into filets.
  4. Dice tomato, onion and jalapeño. Combine in a small bowl with juice from ½ a lime and sprinkle with Lime Chicken Salt (optional). Set aside.
  5. Drizzle oil in a pan over medium heat and cook Chick’n filets until golden brown. About 3-5 minutes on each side. 
  6. After Chick’n is cooked, remove from pan and cut into cubes.
  7. In a tortilla, layer avocado, Chick’n, and jalapeño salsa. Top with cilantro and your favorite vegan sauces or salsa. 
  8. Enjoy!
