Plant-Based Mediterranean Chick'n Wraps

Simple 15 Minute Lunch or Dinner Recipe: Vegan Mediterranean Chick’n Pita Wraps!


  • JADA Mediterranean Plant Based Chick’n (1 package)
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tbsp. of oil (separated)
  • 1 tsp. Chicken Salt (Original)
  • Pita bread
  • Garlic hummus
  • Persian cucumbers, chopped
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Sliced kalamata olives
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Vegan feta
  • Vegan tzatziki sauce
  • Lemons for garnish


  1. Make Chick’n mix according to instructions
  2. Add 1 tsp. of Original Chicken Salt and mix in.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  4. Shape Chick’n mix into small pieces.
  5. Cook with oil over medium heat until golden brown.
  6. Spread hummus on a slice of pita bread.
  7. Add in your cooked Mediterranean Chick’n pieces.
  8. Add as many toppings as you like and enjoy!
